How to get Backstage Passes to Hilary Duff concert?

I'm going to A Hilary Duff Concert soon. I already have front row seats, but I really want backstage passes. I read online that all it takes is 2 or 3 letters but I need help beyond that. Please Help? I emailed the venue earlier today!
